Booking Conditions

All bookings made will be subject to the following conditions:
  1. DEPOSIT. For bookings made more than six weeks in advance, a deposit is required. For bookings made less than six weeks in advance, full payment is required with the booking.
  2. BALANCE OF PAYMENTS: Once you have received confirmation of booking, the balance is due on arrival at the commencement of the holiday.
  3. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The property may not be entered until 1500 hours (3pm) on the day of tenancy, and must be vacated by 1000 (10am) on the day of departure.
  4. CANCELLATION: Cancellation can be advised by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing within 5 days. In the event of cancellation and the accommodation not being re-let, the full charge will become due at the end of the booked holiday period. However, we will try to re-let the accommodation and, if successful, the above liability will be reduced by the value of such re-letting. Holiday Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
  5. METHOD OF PAYMENT: By cash or cheque, made payable to Mr Richard Ryan
  6. NON AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY: If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property is unavailable because of fire, flooding etc., all monies will be refunded and we will not be under any further liability to the hirer.
  7. ALL TENANTS AGREE: · To pay for any breakages or damage. · Not to cause any nuisance to neighbours. · To allow the owner reasonable access to the property. · Not to do anything to void any insurance policy on the property. Pets are chargeable extra, by arrangement. All vehicles and contents are parked at owners risk.
  8. ELIGIBILITY: All persons booking a property must be over the age of 21 years. The person making the booking (lead name) must be over 21 years, have the permission of the rest of the party to make the booking, and be responsible for payment of the balance of rental.
  9. EXTRA PERSONS: Under no circumstances may more than the number of persons indicated on the booking form occupy the accommodation.
